Diane’s journey to the courtroom began in Guyana, South America, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Guyana, followed by her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. She was admitted to practice law in Guyana in 2016. Driven to expand her impact, Diane pursued further specialization, earning a postgraduate qualification in International Oil, Gas, and Energy Law from London Metropolitan University in the UK.

After migrating to the United States, Diane’s commitment to excellence continued. She successfully passed the Uniform Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri. Diane sharpened her skills working for one of the largest multistate divorce and family law firms in the country, where she gained a reputation for successfully handling complex and emotionally charged cases.

Today, Diane leads Barker Law Office, LLC — a practice dedicated to Divorce, Family Law, and Immigration. She brings legal precision, strategic advocacy, and heartfelt dedication to every client she represents. When Diane is not in the courtroom fiercely advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, Malachi and Micah, staying active in the gym, and traveling to explore new cultures and experiences.
